Return Eligibility
Request your return within 30 days of receiving your item. Only items purchased directly from www.oneso.com are eligible. Items bought elsewhere must be returned to their original retailer.
Qualifying Items Must Be:
- Unworn & Unwashed: No signs of wear, stains, or damage.
- Original Packaging: Include all tags, inserts, and packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: Receipt or order confirmation expedites processing.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items not purchased from www.oneso.com
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Items discounted 30% or more
- Customized or personalized products
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Gift cards
How to Return
Submit your return request within 30 days of delivery.
International Returns:
- Prepaid return labels are only available for U.S. orders.
- International customers must arrange and pay for their own shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for safety.
Return Shipping Options:
- Option 1 – Prepaid Return Label: Label emailed to you.
$10 shipping fee + $3 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. - Option 2 – Use Your Own Carrier: Return via any carrier. No shipping fee deducted, but $3 restocking fee still applies. Please use a trackable service and provide tracking info.
Refunds
- Processed within 5 business days after items reach our warehouse.
- Items are inspected and final refund amount confirmed.
- Refund timing may vary by your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
- Submit exchange request within 30 days.
- Return the original item after approval.
- Place a new order for your desired item.
- Once we receive the returned item, your refund for the original order will be issued per our policy.
Important Notes
- Do not send items back without an approved request.
- Order Cancellations:
- Can be done within 2 hours of placement for a full refund.
- Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.
- Missed the 2-hour cancellation window? You can still request a return once your package arrives.
