Absolutely! Our checkout uses Shopify’s SSL encryption. Your payment info is safe and never stored on our servers.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You have 2 hours after placing your order to cancel. Once it ships, cancellation isn’t possible.

Where do you ship from?
All orders come from our fulfillment center in Rancho Cucamonga, California, USA.
How long does order processing take?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually ship the next day!
How long does shipping take?
- Standard U.S. (Free): 5–10 business days
- Expedited U.S.: Contact us
- International: 10–20 business days (customs may apply)
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is always free! Expedited or international shipping costs vary by location.
My package hasn’t arrived—what should I do?
No worries! Delays can happen due to holidays, carrier volume, or weather. Contact us and we’ll help track it down.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Email us at onesoofficial@hotmail.com. We’ll do our best to locate it or find a solution that works for you.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Can I return items bought from another store?
Sorry, only items purchased directly from www.oneso.com can be returned. Other retailers’ items must go back to the original store.
Are there any return fees?
Yes, a $3 restocking fee.
Return options:
- Option 1 – Prepaid label: $10 shipping + $3 restocking deducted from your refund
- Option 2 – Ship on your own: $3 restocking only; you cover shipping
How long until I get my refund?
Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! Return the original item within 30 days and place a new order. Refunds are issued once we receive it.
